We specialize in landscape maintenance, specifically contract property maintenance. What this means is that we come out to talk with you and determine the services you need for your property. We then give you a price for the services you require and several payment options, including PayPal.
We believe in, and prefer, contract maintenance for several reasons. First, it allows us to offer you the highest quality services possible while customizing your plan. Second, it allows us both to budget. You receive a fixed price for your landscaping costs for the whole year. There are no surprises or extras, unless you request them. It allows us to more accurately plan and budget for growth and our business needs. Lastly, we have found contract maintenance eliminates confusion. Both parties know exactly what to expect, what services are to be performed, and when they will be performed.
Of course, we also offer and welcome pay-as-you-go services.
